Grew up in hurricane country, too, and have always found it odd they don't use a hurricane warning flag. I think two would look better than one by itself.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1981590198587306470.post-2354222758944716452008-09-08T16:51:00.000-04:002008-09-08T16:51:00.000-04:00wikipedia could be wrong, but it indicates that on...wikipedia could be wrong, but it indicates that one flag is a hurricane watch..

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hurricane_watch

And NASA offers up this handy graphic:
http://www.nasa.gov/images/content/53709main_hurricaneflags.jpgUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14383361402427448182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1981590198587306470.post-86137389314496502532008-09-08T16:40:00.000-04:002008-09-08T16:40:00.000-04:00Honestly, I actually knew that, but I've heard tha...Honestly, I actually knew that, but I've heard that stupid comment so many times that I just wanted to say something to get people to stop. It's been said, and it's not changing anything. Don't like it? Try and make a logo with two flags. It doesn't work. Is the orca on Vancouver's jerseys anatomically correct? No, but we all know what it's referring to. We've seen the Blue Jackets do it, maybe the Hurricanes will follow suit and switch their secondary logo with the primary. and going further with this, Maybe that dark Hurricanes logo you posted the other day could be on a third jersey someday.
